Terms and Conditions for Cancellation and Refunds
1. Courses and 1-day Workshops
up to 2-weeks Prior to program commencing:
For full refund, cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the program commencment date.
If cancellation occurs within two weeks of the start date, no refund will be given unless a replacement student can be found. In the case of a replacement student being found, a $50 fee is charged for administration. All efforts will be made to ensure a replacement participant is found. You are welcome to send someone else in your place.
If paying by installment, the first installment is to be paid upon booking. The remaining amount must be paid by one week prior to the start date of the course, or the place may be forfeited, in which case refund policies apply, as above.
Once the course has commenced:
If a refund is requested within the first week of a multi-week course, no refund will be given unless a replacement student can be found. In the case of refund, a $50 administration fee will be charged.
Beyond the first week of the course, no refunds will be made.
2. Retreats and Teacher Training
up to one month Prior to the retreat/training date:
For full refund, cancellations must be made one month prior to the first day of the retreat/training date.
If cancellation occurs within one month of the start date (but not in the final week - see below), no refund will be given unless a replacement participant can be found. In the case of a replacement participant being found, a $150 fee is charged for time spent in administration to find another participant. All efforts will be made to ensure a replacement participant is found. You are welcome to send someone else in your place, and this must be discussed with Sarah to ensure relevance of training/retreat content for the replacement participant.

Fees payed are not transferrable to other courses or retreats run by Sarah Ball, unless notified within one month of the commencement date.
Once the retreat/training has commenced:
If a refund is requested within the last week prior to the retreat/training commencing no refund will be given unless a replacement participant can be found. In the case of a replacement student being found, a $150 administration fee will be charged for the time spent seeking/communicating with potential replacement participant.
From the day that the retreat/training commences no refund will be given. You are welcome to send another person in your place, on the proviso that this person completes a health form submission prior to their participation, and discuss the person's eligibility/relevance for the course or training with Sarah.
Fees paid are not transferrable to other courses or retreats run by Sarah Ball, unless notified within one month of the commencement date.
